The real estate business is changing very fast, and if you don't update your skills to keep up with the clients, you may just be left behind. Today's clients are more tech savvy than ever before, and their expectations are different than those of their parents. Fact is, yesterday's strategies and techniques to generate business and achieve client satisfaction don't work for today's clients.


To ensure our office agents are up-to-date in their training, we have developed in-house the iREALTOR training series.  It is an exclusive training series for RE/MAX Crossroads Realtors alone.  This program is offered nowhere else in North America and we have been successfully running it for the past 10 years.  In order to earn more, you have to learn more and to facilitate your learning we have a line-up of speakers that is absolutely fantastic.  We offer a variety of training that will match today's needs in the marketplace. Every year we have different trainers and different topics, so please come out and attend them.

This year’s program consists of a specially created team that will guide and assist you over the course of next several months and into the near year.
