All RE/MAX Crossroads Realty Inc. listings are permitted to be shared in CREA DDF including: National Shared Pool, the National Franchisor Pool, your Brokerage website, our REALTORS® websites, our office website and 10+ popular consumer Real Estate Advertising Websites hosted by 3rd party companies like Microsoft Bing, TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, Real Estate Wire (REW) and Point2Homes.  Our agents are also permitted to post listings on other 3rd party website providers like the popular Chinese search engine and online marketing tools like ViMO which is used to perform research about a property, a neighbourhood or demographics.  Our agents have the ability to opt out of these sites as well if they wish.


Listing leads will ALWAYS AUTOMATICALLY go to the Listing Agent. This includes walk-ins, phone-calls and the most popular search method today - online web form submissions.  All of our office agents have access to their own office websites where they can showcase their MLS listings, Exclusives, Update their Online Profiles, Awards, Education, Hobbies and more.   • In 2021, our listings averaged only 14 days on the market (less than average 18 days on the market in 2020 and 21 days on the market in 2019) and when sold, brought the sellers on an average 108.97% of their asking price (increase from 101.94% in 2020 and 99.71% in 2019). 
  • In 2021, out of our 4 GTA Offices, each active RE/MAX Crossroads agent had an average of 8.6 resale residential deals sold (up from 7.7 Units/Agent in 2020 and 7 Units/Agent in 2019), excluding new projects and commercial deals.
