For Cauline, her job is about establishing a relationship of trust, carefully listening to client’s needs, and making the commitment to deliver.



Cauline is familiar with moving, having lived in 5 different provinces over the years. She understands what is involved in the transition of moving to a new community and the importance of finding the right neighborhood and right house in order to make it feel like home. Having the right REALTOR® to make sure you make the right choice for your family is vital.



A graduate of both the University of Concordia and Ryerson University with a major in Sociology and Business Management respectively, she began her career in Accounting and Financial Planning. But she wanted more personal interaction and connections, and since she has always loved beautiful homes, real estate was a natural fit. Cauline made the transition into full time real estate and hasn’t looked back.


Cauline lived in Whitby during her high school years and after moving around several times for her previous employer, decided to return back to Whitby to raise her own children. Cauline knows her community inside out. When she’s not working for her clients or at home with her two boys, she’s usually at a gym, whether for herself or the boys. Cauline played competitive sports all thru her childhood and into university where she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Basketball team. Cauline continues to stay involved by coaching and sponsoring a local basketball program and playing in a local women’s league. Both of her boys are following in her footsteps which keeps her on the go in the community.

  • In 2021, our brokerage ranked 38th for Total Number of Residential Sold Units (up from 39th in 2020 and 41st in 2019) and we ranked 40th for Total Residential Volume (close to 39th in 2020 and up from 45th in 2019) out of 1,799 firms (compared to 1,601 firms in 2020 and 1,535 firms in 2019) with producing agents in the entire TorontoMLS area.
  • In 2021, our listings averaged only 14 days on the market (less than average 18 days on the market in 2020 and 21 days on the market in 2019) and when sold, brought the sellers on an average 108.97% of their asking price (increase from 101.94% in 2020 and 99.71% in 2019). 
  • In 2021, out of our 4 GTA Offices, each active RE/MAX Crossroads agent had an average of 8.6 resale residential deals sold (up from 7.7 Units/Agent in 2020 and 7 Units/Agent in 2019), excluding new projects and commercial deals.
