Who is Ahsan Khurshid


I would like to take a few moments to introduce myself.


Growing up in a family of real estate investors and salesmen, I have always been exposed to the challenges and rewards of pressure packed real estate transactions. After finishing my Bachelor Degree with a special focus in Finance, It was time to prepare for a career in Real Estate Sales. I decided to work in the financial services industry for about 5 years before my registration as a Realtor. This was an important step because by working in large corporations, I learned how companies operate in an effective manner. I learned how good client relations, honesty and integrity keeps large conglomerates alive and profitable. These values were also in line with how my father 'Raziq Khurshid' found his success as a Real Estate Investor and Salesperson.  


While working in the finance industry, I also worked as real estate photographer/ videographer. I visited hundreds of houses in various neighborhoods across Toronto and learned how to effectively present properties. The world is evolving and change is inevitable. You either embrace it or you resist it. My goal is to innovate and find creative ways of presenting and selling real estate through the use of multimedia and other technology. This is where the world is headed and this is where I aim to excel. 


You will find that I am young, energetic and technologically savvy. I also read and learn from some of the most experienced and successful people across different industries. The Intelligent Investor by Bejamin Graham is one of my favorite books. This book was an eye opener especially when I read it in a shifting market 68 years after its publication. I learned that no matter how great the price driven approach appears in the short run, it is not a sustainable investment strategy in the long run. One must look for value in any investment opportunity presented. 


I speak English, Urdu, Pashto & Farsi.   With my work ethic, knowledge and experience along with the power of the RE/MAX brand, I aim to find value deals and make your real estate transactions seamless.

  • In 2021, out of our 4 GTA Offices, each active RE/MAX Crossroads agent had an average of 8.6 resale residential deals sold (up from 7.7 Units/Agent in 2020 and 7 Units/Agent in 2019), excluding new projects and commercial deals.
